Biography

Maxim Khlopov has completed his PhD at the age of 26 years from Moscow Physical technical Institute and proved the thesis of Doctor of Science (Full Professor level) at the age of 34 years. He is the director of Virtuial Institute of Astroparticle physics, which he had created in 2006 President of Centre for Cosmoparticle physics “Cosmion” and Full Professor of National Research Nuclear University MEPHI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) Moscow, Russia. He has published more than 330 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of several prestigeous journals.
