Biography
Ali M. Al-Saegh was born in Baghdad, Iraq, in April 1984. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Nahrain University, Iraq in 2005 and 2008, respectively, and Ph.D degree in wireless communications engineering from computer and communication system engineering department in Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Selangor, Malaysia, in 2015.Dr. Al-Saegh is a member in several groups and associations, reviewer in many journals and conferences. He received an award in Malaysian national space agency (ANGKASA) Best Paper Award 2014, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
